Senior Performance Analyst

We are looking for aSenior Performance Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. This role requires a highly motivated professional who will lead and drive performance testing activities, ensuring the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance testing scenarios in alignment with project requirements
• Conduct non-functional testing to ensure system robustness and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Monitor system performance post-implementation and suggest improvements
• Define performance metrics and create reports for stakeholders
• Provide insights and optimizations for REST APIs and GraphQL schemas

Requirements

• Residence in Ukraine (remote work eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in REST services and GraphQL schemas testing
• Skills in Oracle SQL and knowledge of Git, GitHub
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Competency in Java or Kotlin programming languages
• Understanding of performance testing tools such as JMeter and Gatling
• Background in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Knowledge of written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) or above
