Delivery Manager (AI Native)

We are looking for aDelivery Manager to lead AI Native engineering teams through training and commercial delivery engagements. This role is a strong fit for experienced Managers with a software engineering background who already have practical experience working with AI agents and AI-accelerated software development and are ready to make AI Native delivery a core part of their career. Responsibilities

• Combine delivery leadership with hands-on AI experience, helping teams adopt modern AI-powered software development practices and successfully deliver solutions for clients
• Complete AI Native internal training and subsequently lead one or more AI Native engineering teams through training and client engagements
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Staffing, and Delivery teams to ensure realistic planning and execution, and continuously improve the way AI-powered projects are delivered
• Lead teams through the software development lifecycle using AI-powered development
• Ensure teams deliver high-quality solutions and meet agreed project commitments
• Identify and address delivery risks early, remove blockers, and maintain accountability for outcomes
• Help teams adopt and continuously improve AI Native delivery practices
• Capture and share project artifacts, learnings, and estimation data to improve future AI Native engagements
• Mentor team members and contribute to building scalable AI Native delivery capabilities
• Take a hands-on approach when needed, including experimenting with AI tools and supporting teams in applying them effectively

Requirements

• Background in software development with practical, hands-on engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience in Delivery Management, leading software engineering teams
• Proven hands-on experience building AI agents and applying AI-powered software development practices in real-world projects
• Understanding of AI technologies and the AI SDLC
• Experience with AI-powered engineering and enterprise AI tools
• Capability to dedicate yourself full-time to AI Native delivery, including initial training and subsequent client engagements
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
