Delivery Manager (AI Native)

We're seeking aDelivery Manager to guide AI Native engineering teams across training initiatives and client delivery projects.

Responsibilities

• This role blends delivery leadership with practical AI expertise, supporting teams in adopting contemporary AI-driven development approaches while delivering successful client outcomes
• Finish the AI Native internal training program and then guide one or more AI Native engineering teams through both training and client projects
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Staffing, and Delivery teams to ensure sound planning and execution, while driving ongoing improvements in how AI-powered projects are delivered
• Guide teams through the software development lifecycle leveraging AI-powered development methods
• Ensure teams produce high-quality outcomes and fulfill agreed-upon project commitments
• Spot and resolve delivery risks proactively, clear obstacles, and stay accountable for results
• Support teams in adopting and refining AI Native delivery practices
• Document and share project artifacts, insights, and estimation data to strengthen future AI Native engagements
• Guide team members through mentorship and help build scalable AI Native delivery capabilities
• Get hands-on when necessary, including testing AI tools and helping teams use them effectively

Requirements

• A software development background with genuine, hands-on engineering experience
• Delivery Management experience, having led software engineering teams
• Demonstrated hands-on experience building AI agents and implementing AI-powered software development practices on real-world projects
• Solid grasp of AI technologies and the AI SDLC
• Experience working with AI-powered engineering and enterprise AI tools
• Capacity to commit full-time to AI Native delivery, covering both initial training and ongoing client engagements
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
