Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the overall design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes supervising the configuration processes, coordinating integration efforts, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, ensuring that the solutions evolve effectively to meet organizational needs.

- Expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Strong expertise in designing and managing API-led connectivity and integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance.
- Experience in configuring and deploying scalable cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines within the Mulesoft ecosystem.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
