Business Operations Manager – Dubai (On-site)

Our client, a fast-growingProp Trading/FinTech group based inDubai, is looking for an experiencedBusiness Operations Manager to work closely with the COO and help scale the business as it continues its rapid growth.

With almost 200 employees across Product, Development, CRM, Payments, Finance, Marketing, HR and Legal, this role will be responsible for bringing greater structure, improving cross-functional collaboration and optimising operational processes without compromising agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and optimise operational processes across multiple departments.

• Improve communication, ownership and handovers between teams.

• Identify inefficiencies, remove bottlenecks and streamline workflows.

• Lead cross-functional operational projects and ensure successful execution.

• Build and manage departmental budgets while monitoring operational costs.

• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, workflows and repetitive operational tasks.

• Work closely with the COO to improve organisational structure and operational efficiency.

• Establish clear operational procedures, reporting lines and governance across the business.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience inBusiness Operations, Strategy or Operational Excellence.

• Previous experience withinProp Trading, Brokerage, FinTech or Forex is essential.

• Good understanding of trading platforms such asMT5 and how brokerage operations function.

• Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, CRM, Marketing, HR and Legal teams.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and operational performance.

• Comfortable working with technical teams and modern AI productivity tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, PMP or other process improvement methodologies.
