The Turndown Attendantperforms routine duties in the cleaning and servicing rooms in and around the property under supervision ofhousekeeping supervisor. The Turndown Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and should also able to address guest requests and problems. |

Working Conditions and Assignments: |
This position does require you to be standing and walking 90% of the time. The position requires a high degree of physical exertion such as bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing and pulling up to approximately 50 pounds. There will also an exposure to elevated noise levels of cleaning equipment.. Ability to communicate through voice and hearing as well as the ability to see the work area and do job accurately. Due to multiple sites for the Inn, this position will often be exposed to outside weather conditions throughout the day. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position is full time and there is an expectation of having no scheduling restrictions and on-call hours. |
