- Design and configure Tungsten TotalAgility solutions for document capture, data extraction, validation and workflow automation.
- Integrate TTA with OCR / AI-based extraction engines to convert scanned or PDF documents into structured, usable data.
- Configure business rules and confidence scoring to support automated decision-making and exception routing.
- Build both assisted (human-in-the-loop) and straight-through processing workflows, based on data confidence and defined business rules.
- Integrate TTA outputs with downstream systems via APIs or integration platforms, ensuring accurate and reliable data handoff.
- Design and test exception handling for incomplete, inconsistent or low-confidence data.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting and tuning of extraction models and workflow configurations to improve accuracy and performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements, validate solutions and support user acceptance testing.
- Document solution design, configuration details and known limitations to support ongoing support and future enhancements.
- Proven hands-on experience with Tungsten TotalAgility, including capture, extraction, business rules and workflow configuration.
- Experience integrating TTA with OCR/AI document processing engines (e.g. Azure AI Document Intelligence or similar).
- Working knowledge of API-based or platform-based system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise extraction accuracy.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
