You'lleducateandsupportveterinarians,veterinarynurses,technicians,andpracticestaffonIDEXXproducts,services,workflows,andbestpractices.
You'llrepresentIDEXXwithintheveterinarycommunitybydeliveringseminars,continuingeducationprograms,andpresentationsatclinics,universities,veterinaryschools,andindustryevents.
You'llpartnercloselywithSales,Marketing,distributors,andcross-functionalteamstoprovidetechnicalexpertise,training,markettrialsupport,andcustomerinsights.
You'lldevelop,review,andpresenttechnicalcontentthathelpscustomersbetterunderstandandapplyIDEXXsolutionsinpractice.
You'llprovidetechnicalsupportandguidancetocustomers,helpinganswerclinicalquestionsandresolvingproduct-relatedconcerns.

Whatyouneedtosucceed

DoctorofVeterinaryMedicine(DVM)degree.
Atleastfiveyearsofclinicalveterinaryexperience.
Strongknowledgeofcontemporaryveterinarymedicineandclinicalpractice.
Outstandingcommunicationandpresentationskills,withtheabilitytoinfluenceandengagediverseaudiences.
Provenabilitytobuildtrustedrelationshipswithcustomersandstakeholders.
Strongfacilitation,problem-solving,anddecision-makingcapabilities.
Abilitytoworkcollaborativelyacrossamatrixorganizationandmanagemultiplepriorities.
Highlevelofintegrity,professionalism,andcustomerfocus.
ProficiencywithMicrosoftPowerPoint,Excel,andWord.
