工作职责:
1.用Genesis 软件处理 Gerber 资料

2.熟练应用华笙软件(或凯码软件)选点并制作针床钻带及针床测试程序
3.熟练应用IGI软件制作飞针程序

4.用BackDrillAnalyzer 制作背钻残铜测试程序

5.处理测试过程中遇到的各种工具异常问题

6.精进测试针床及飞针程序制作流程

任职要求
1.大专以上学历，熟悉PCB生产工艺流程，理解各工序对测试的影响

2.掌握常用测试架类型的设计原理与制作规范
3.熟悉各种测试针的选型与布局原则,熟悉HDI工艺对测试架制作的影响
4.熟悉多次压合+HDI+多次背钻产品测试工具的制作
5.具备较强的逻辑分析能力，工作细致严谨有耐心，善与沟通，对测试新技术保持学习热情，愿意持续精进专业技能
6.具备强烈的品质意识，理解测试架可靠性对批量生产良率的直接影响

7.有两年以上PCB测试资料处理及对测试异常解决能力的工作经验

Export Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognitionof  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
