Trust Systems Support Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Trust Systems Support Analyst - Hybrid position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity.

This position supports the Wealth Management business with a focus on the bank's fiduciary trust systems. The role will support the people, products, processes, and technologies associated with this part of the business by answering general inquiries, and researching, coordinating, and resolving operational and system issues.

Responsibilities:

• Set up client access for various wealth management portals and systems
• Handle access requests for data aggregation and analytics platforms
• Verify system coding and facilitate corrections to resolve errors
• Research and identify system issues, and work with technology partners to resolve
• Log service tickets on system issues
• Process daily and monthly system reports
• Send out weekly communications, including critical technology platform alerts
• Manage and update internal SharePoint site
• Provide general first line of support for internal wealth management users, including system maintenance and messaging
• Communicate with Trust Officers, Portfolio Managers, and Operations staff
• Participate in committees and assist in testing and implementation for proprietary systems
• Participate in upgrade and disaster recovery tests, which may require limited off-hours or weekend testing
• Conduct extensive research and problem resolution for complex issues

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a business or technology related field, or extensive equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in bank operations, trust administration, wealth management, and/or technology operations
• Working knowledge of mobile space, browsers, systems issues, and client navigation
• Must have a client-first attitude and possess a sense of urgency for problem resolution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Above average PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
• Exhibits great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in larger team-based environments

Desired skills:

• Experience with proprietary wealth management systems, Salesforce, and reporting tools

Pay range: $22.00 per hour
