We're seeking an exceptionalSeniorTax Associate to join our specialized cross-border tax practice. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated tax professional who is passionate about gaining hands-on experience while building your career alongside a team of international tax specialists.  

In this role,you'll work closely with senior team members and clients to deliver tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse range of business and individuals. Ifyou're ready to make a meaningful impact—for clients, colleagues, and your own career—this could be the opportunityyou've been waiting for. 

What You'll Bring 

• ABachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline,  

• Motivation to makesignificant progress towards completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program or other professional designation. 

• Ability to develop andmaintain
  relationships with clients, lead conversations, manage expectations and translate complex tax concepts into clear, practical guidance. 

• Comfort in contributing to fee quotes and pricing discussions, aligning service with client needs while adhering to firm guidelines. 

• Proactive approach toidentify tax issues, conduct research, and develop practical, client-focused solutions tooptimize outcomes and reduce tax exposure. 

• Demonstrated ability to prepareaccurate, compliant tax returns and calculations across multiplejurisdictions including personal, corporate, and cross boarder filings. 

• Confidence in ability topreform thoroughself reviews, escalating issues appropriately, and effectively delegating or collaborating to support delivery deadlines. 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively translatecomplex taxconcepts into clear, practical guidance to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.   

• Strong technologyproficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  required.Experience with CCH Axcess Tax,CCHiFirm
  TaxPrep, or similar tax software is considered an asset.  

• A proactive, adaptable, and client-focused mindset, capable of managing competing priorities and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability toidentify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement practical solutions efficiently.
