Role Summary  

We are looking for a highly skilledSenior DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer with minimum of8+ years of experience in DevOps area to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand the product and platform, onboard effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively across teams.  

This role requires strong hands-on expertise inAWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, container platforms, scripting, monitoring, and production support. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to engineering initiatives, proof of concepts, automation ideas, and continuous platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities  

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure onAWS
• Build, maintain, and optimizeCI/CD pipelines for faster and more reliable software delivery
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows usingTerraform,Chef, and scripting tools
• Manage and support containerized workloads usingECS
• Work closely with development, QA, and cross-functional teams to enable smooth build, release, and deployment processes
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using observability tools and proactively address stability or performance issues
• Handleincidents, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root cause analysis and resolution
• Support artifact management and release processes usingJFrog Artifactory
• Contribute to POCs, new initiatives, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement efforts
• Apply adeveloper mindset to solve engineering problems efficiently and improve platform reliability
• Participate in operational excellence initiatives including system resilience, troubleshooting, and production stability

Primary Skill Set  

• Strong hands-on experience withAWS cloud services/resources
• Good working knowledge ofAWS CLI
• Experience withJenkins and/orTeamCity
• Strong expertise inCI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and support
• Hands-on experience withTerraform, Chef
• Strong scripting and automation skills using:
  • Shell scripting / PowerShell
  • Python
• Experience withECS Containers
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as:
  • Splunk
  • Datadog
• Experience withJFrog Artifactory
• Basic knowledge ofSQL andPostgreSQL queries
• Strongincident handling,production support, andtroubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with adeveloper mindset and collaborate effectively across teams

Secondary Skill Set  

• Experience withEKS
• Knowledge ofHelm Charts
• Familiarity withGitOps
• Exposure toECR
• Understanding ofSRE principles andarchitecture mindset
• Experience with3rd-party vault/secrets management solutions
• Exposure tovulnerability analysis / security scanning tools

Preferred Qualifications  

• AWS certification is preferred
• Experience working in distributed or global teams
• Ability to quickly understand product architecture and business workflows
• Strong ownership, initiative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team environment
• Experience contributing toPOCs, platform improvements, and technical initiatives

The ideal candidate is a hands-onSenior DevOps / SRE individual contributor who can ramp up quickly, understand the product and engineering ecosystem, and independently drive automation, reliability, deployment efficiency, and operational improvements. This person should be comfortable balancing day-to-day support needs with long-term engineering initiatives and innovation.
