Sales Arborist

Job Summary 

As a Sales Arborist atTreeWiseMen you will assess clients' tree care needs, recommend the right solutions, and generate new business while building strong relationships with existing customers. 

Responsibilities 

• Meet with customers to assess tree care needs and provide professional recommendations. 

• Generate new business and grow the customer base. 

• Conduct site assessments andidentify tree health, safety, and treatment needs. 

• Prepare and present estimates and proposals for services such as pruning, removal, fertilization, and pest management. 

• Build strong customer relationships through responsive service and follow up. 

• Work with the operations team to ensure services are completed as proposed and address customer concerns. 

• Maintainaccurate sales and customer records in the CRM. 

• Stay current on arboriculture best practices and industry standards. 

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of experience in arboriculture, tree care sales, ora related field. 

• ISA Certified Arborist preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months. 

• Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field preferred. 

• Strong knowledge of tree health, biology, and care practices. 

• Strong communication and customer service skills. 

• Proven ability to build andmaintain customer relationships. 

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. 

• Organized,self-motivated, and results driven. 

• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
