Inetum is hiring aLinux Red Hat Expert to provide advanced support, automation, and lifecycle management for critical RHEL environments in virtualized and physical platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities

• ProvideL3 support and resolve complex incidents inRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) across VMware, bare-metal, and IBM Power (LE) systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot RHEL platforms, ensuring performance, stability, and reliability.
• ManageRed Hat Satellite Server forpatching,provisioning, andsubscription lifecycle.
• Operate and secureRed Hat Identity Management (IdM) for centralized authentication and host-based access control.
• Conductperformance tuning,log analysis, and implementsystem optimizations.
• Maintain and engineerSUDO authorizations andaccess control policies.
• Performroot cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with security teams to integrate RHEL systems withActive Directory and IdM.
• Build and maintainAnsible playbooks for automated patching, provisioning, and configuration management.
• Plan and executekernel upgrades,OS updates, and managepackage lifecycles.
• Document system architecture, standards, procedures, and troubleshooting workflows.

• Minimum of5 years of experience inRed Hat Linux administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Expert-level proficiency inRHEL system administration, both virtual and physical.
• Hands-on experience inpatch and lifecycle management usingRed Hat Satellite.
• Strong skills inaccess control,SUDO,Kerberos,LDAP, andSSSD.
• Proficient inautomation and scripting withAnsible,Shell, andPython.
• Proven ability to resolve complex issues and lead root cause investigations.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent inEnglish (B2–C1 level).

Nice to Have

• RHCE orRed Hat Certified Specialist in Satellite/IdM.
• Experience withcontainer platforms such asOpenShift,Docker, orKubernetes.
• Understanding ofITIL processes for incident and change management.
