Pay: $32–$36 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time

Sundance Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Nurse to join our clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys wound care, skin management, and working closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Provide wound and skin treatments according to physician orders and established plans of care
• Perform routine skin assessments and monitor residents for changes in skin condition
• Complete dressing changes and other ordered treatments
• Monitor wound healing and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate clinical team members
• Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate and support residents, families, and staff regarding skin integrity and treatment plans
• Promote preventative practices to help maintain resident comfort and skin health
• Follow infection prevention and safety practices

What We’re Looking For

• Current California nursing license
• Previous wound care, treatment nursing, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Dependable, organized, and able to effectively manage treatment schedules
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
