Education 

Required

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or relevant tertiary qualification inFinance,Economics,Business,Financial Technology or another relevant field aligned with TreasuryONE's business.

Advantageous

• Honours or postgraduate studies in Finance, Treasury, Economics, Technology or a related discipline.

Experience

This opportunity is specifically designed for graduates and people at the beginning of their careers.

• You may have 0–2 years of work experience.
• No formal work experience is required.
• Internships, vacation work, learnerships or previous graduate programme experience are welcome but are not prerequisites.
• Exposure to finance, banking, treasury, payments, technology, systems, operations or client service will be beneficial.

You Will Be Responsible For

Your day-to-day responsibilities will depend on the team in which you are placed. While each graduate pathway will have its own focus, you can expect to develop across the following areas:

Learn the Business

• Complete structured onboarding, training and practical on-the-job learning.
• Learn how TreasuryONE supports its clients across treasury, finance and technology.
• Develop knowledge of the products, processes and systems relevant to your team.
• Build your capability progressively throughout your graduate journey.

Work with Data & Solve Problems

• Work with financial, transactional, client or system information.
• Analyse information using appropriate analytical and AI-assisted tools where relevant, verify outputs for accuracy, identify discrepancies and investigate problems.
• Complete assigned work accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Apply structured thinking when dealing with new or unfamiliar situations.

Build Systems & Technology Confidence

• Learn to use the platforms, systems and tools relevant to your role.
• Support testing, data preparation, monitoring, troubleshooting or system-related activities where applicable.
• Use Excel, AI-enabled tools and other applications appropriately to analyse, organise and interpret information.
• Build confidence in working at the intersection of finance and technology.
• Identify opportunities to improve the way work is completed through AI-assisted workflows, automation or better use of existing systems, with appropriate guidance.

Work with Clients & Colleagues

• Collaborate with experienced colleagues and specialists across TreasuryONE.
• Support client queries, documentation, reporting or workshops where relevant.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with different stakeholders.
