Job Summary:
This role involves providing high-level customer support for treasury management solutions, acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient financial operations for businesses. The position also requires facilitating virtual training sessions and contributing to product development feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client issues and questions via phone.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs.
- Ensure proper account servicing and documentation.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for clients.
- Provide input on product enhancements and training materials.
- Strong treasury management knowledge.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with call center operations.
Experience in the banking and financial services industry, particularly with treasury management solutions, is preferred.
