Pay Range: $48 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and review fleet strategy decisions for retirement and lease return implications, identifying negotiation alternatives to maximize outcomes.
  • Represent the company in interactions with Lessors regarding technical requests, including audits and inspections.
  • Participate in Airworthiness Directive, Aircraft Maintenance Planning, and Engine Planning meetings to provide direction on leased and retiring assets.
  • Coordinate the provision of aircraft records and reports to lessors, buyers, and consignees.
  • Monitor industry trends and market appraisals to support aircraft leasing and disposition strategies.
  • Train and assist team members in executing processes, procedures, and systems utilized by the department.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet management or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of contractual principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex scenarios and develop recommendations for Senior Leadership.
  • Skilled in data collection, organization, and visualization to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills across various settings and levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with Leaders, team members, and other departments.
