Treasury Analyst - Charlotte, NC - Onsite - Contract - $95.00-$100.00 Per Hr

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop workplans and delivery milestones.
• Align stakeholders on priorities and provide progress updates to leadership.
• Design and document end-to-end processes for risk management metrics.
• Develop and deliver role-based training materials and process guides.
• Plan and support parallel run strategy and manage go-live execution.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in treasury functions and large-scale systems implementations.
• Experience with process design and operational control frameworks.
• Strong understanding of risk management concepts and governance practices.
• Proven leadership and communication skills in high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Finance, Risk, or Business preferred.
