Logistics Data Analyst

Trax Inc. provides cloud-based solutions and services to automate and manage freight invoice auditing and payment processing for buyers and sellers oflogistics services. The Trax platform enables companies tooptimize supply chain performance through greater visibility into theirlogistics ecosystem and predictive analytics based on overone billionlogistics transactions from all industries, modes, and countries. Traxoperates on a global scale with offices in the U.S., Latin America,Asia and Europe.  

TheLogistics Data Analyst will execute Trax’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will lead reconciliation meetings and audit reviews.  

Responsibilities: 

• Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process toidentify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. 

• Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery. 

• Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensuretimely completion of deliverables. 

• Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards tomaintain consistentperformance. 

• Implement andmaintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity. 

• Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency. 

• Leads orparticipate inreconciliation meetings,auditreviews andotherteam meetings to evaluateauditperformance and plan improvements. 

• Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement. 

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders. 

• Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel. 

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diversedeliverablessimultaneously. 

• Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns andability to explain datainsightsto carriers and customers. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. 

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 

• High level of professionalism and ability to workwith all organizational levels. 

• Enthusiastictogain practical experience in thelogistics and supply chain industry. 

• Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule for 24/5 coverage.
