TheLogistics Data Analyst will execute Trax’s audit process to resolve exceptions for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will lead reconciliation meetings and audit reviews. Â

Responsibilities:Â
- Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process toidentify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.Â
- Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.Â
- Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensuretimely completion of deliverables.Â
- Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards tomaintain consistentperformance.Â
- Implement andmaintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.Â
- Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.Â
- Leads orparticipate inreconciliation meetings,auditreviews andotherteam meetings to evaluateauditperformance and plan improvements.Â
- Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.Â
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.Â

Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Â
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders.Â
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel.Â
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diversedeliverablessimultaneously.Â
- Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns andability to explain datainsightsto carriers and customers.Â
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.Â
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Â
- High level of professionalism and ability to workwith all organizational levels.Â
- Enthusiastictogain practical experience in thelogistics and supply chain industry.Â
- Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule for 24/5 coverage.Â
