Transportation Specialist

White Oak of Shelby is currently accepting applications for a Transportation Specialist. 

Full time 1st Monday -Friday

Active CNA listed on the registry is a plus but not required! 

PURPOSE:To transport residents to and from appointments, labs, consults, ER, etc. May also transport incoming residents. Provides transportation services for nursing home residents related to non-emergency hospital and routine diagnostic or medical care by approved providers.

Must have a clear Driving Record!
