We are looking for an experiencedSupplier Quality Conformance Managerto join an engineering team inBelfast.

The role will focus onSupplier Quality, Transfer of Work (ToW), First Article Inspection (FAI) and product conformity within an aerospace manufacturing environment.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout industrialisation and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supportTransfer of Work (ToW) quality activities.
• Manage and coordinateFAI +LAI activities and documentation.
• Assess supplier readiness and identify quality and conformity risks.
• Review supplier quality documentation, manufacturing records and FAI packs.
• Drive the closure ofnon-conformances, corrective actions and quality issues.
• Support supplier reviews, audits and onsite quality activities.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
• Track quality deliverables, risks and actions, escalating issues where required.
• Support continuous improvement of supplier quality and product conformity.

• Minimum5 years' experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Quality Management or Supplier Quality Conformance Management.
• Experience withinAerospace or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience withTransfer of Work (ToW).
• Strong practical knowledge ofFirst Article Inspection (FAI) and LAI
• Experience working directly with suppliers and managing supplier quality performance.
• Good understanding of manufacturing, product conformity and quality processes.
• Experience withnon-conformance management, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Desirable

• Knowledge ofAS9100 and AS9102 / FAI.
• Experience withAPQP and PPAP.
• A220 / A350 experience will be strongly preferred, alongside commodity knowledge
• Aerospace OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience.
• Experience with supplier audits and quality reviews.
• Experience in industrialisation or Transfer of Work programmes.
• Experience within Aerospace, Defence, Automotive or other highly regulated environments.
