MUST:
Experienced Training Specialist
5+ years experience in a training environment that delivered technology courses
Supremely focused on customer service and support
Experience teaching software courses.
Experience training for multiple modalities.
Experience designing for accessibility and 508 compliance.
Expert knowledge of training individuals on applications associated with O365, Adobe products and other commonly used technology tools.
Expert knowledge in various technologies used to develop virtual training programs.
Excellent written, verbal and graphical communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to leadership, peers, customers and SMEs
Bachelor's Degree required
DUTIES:
Proficiency in designing and developing training programs and materials for multiple modalities and audience types.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), graphic design tools and e-learning development platforms.
Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities. Must be able to engage and hold the interest of audiences of varying technical abilities, job roles and interests to ensure that learning objectives are met.
Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
Estimate, develop, organize and manage training tasks across a complex organization. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. Able to partner effectively with leadership and elicit information from subject-matter experts.
Engages with colleagues, leadership and the customer community modeling the principles of customer service excellence.
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
Experience designing for virtual learning modalities and multiple learning styles. Experience designing for accessibility and 508 compliance.
Awareness of current and emerging trends in training and development technology. Able to develop proficiency in new technology quickly.
