Position Summary
The Training Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our associates’ success by designing and delivering impactful training programs. This role blends on-the-job coaching with eLearning development, ensuring associates have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. What You’ll Do
Design, create, and update eLearning content using our Learning Management System (LMS).
Upload, configure, and track eLearning modules in the LMS.
Develop storyboards, scripts, and training guides.
Deliver on-the-job and classroom training for production associates.
Partner with supervisors to support operator training progress.
Observe, coach, and provide feedback to associates.
Audit training effectiveness and conduct refresher courses.
Ensure training aligns with company policies, USDA regulations, BRC guidelines, and HACCP protocols.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Ability to create engaging training content (PowerPoint, guides, scripts, etc.).
Experience delivering both on-the-job and classroom-style training.
Comfortable giving feedback and documenting training progress.
Knowledge of adult learning principles a plus.
Patient, encouraging, and adaptable.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. Food Manufacturing is a PLUS!
Prior training or instructional design experience preferred.
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Exposure to wet/humid conditions and moving machinery.
