Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 7 months
• Pay Rate: $45.00–$50.00 / Hour (USD)
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer training programs within Power Generation as directed
• Monitor training and qualification / requalification programs for General Employee Training
• Continuously improve the learning process using internal and external best practices
• Learning Management System (SAP LSO) Administrator, NANTel Administrator, VISION Database / Online Exam Administrator
• Learning Services Website / SharePoint Administrator, and supporting Web-based Training functionality

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of technical or management experience in an electric utility or electric generation facility
• Experience in administering training programs

Required Skills

• Proficiency withSAP LSO (Learning Management System administration)
• NANTel administration
• VISION Database / Online Exam administration
• Learning Services Website / SharePoint administration
• Web-based Training functionality support

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Demonstrated experience in entering and extracting data from SAP
• Strong time management skills; able to produce work that is accurate, thorough, and on time
• Ability to identify and improve process and program inefficiencies
