Location: Bristol | 266 Anchor Rd, Bristol BS1 5TT
Full-time | 40 hours per week including evenings, nights and weekends.

£12.71 and £1.00 an hour additional premium pay after midnight.

We are recruiting for multiple Trainee Casino Dealers for ourBristolsite however we have a couple of openings available for ourCardiff site too. The training academy will take place in Bristol for a period of 4 weeks.

You must be available to start and commit from 11th November 2026.

No previous casino experience? No problem. We’ll give you the training and support you need to learn the games, build your confidence and develop the skills to become a professional Casino Dealer.

What you’ll be doing

As a Trainee Casino Dealer, you’ll learn how to deliver an exciting, professional gaming experience for our customers. You’ll develop the skills to deal casino games confidently, while creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering brilliant customer service.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, sociable environment where every shift is different. It’s a great opportunity to learn a specialist skill and build a career within the casino industry.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week.Casinos come alive when others are clocking off, so your shifts will include evenings, nights and weekends. You’ll need to be comfortable working across these hours as part of your regular rota.
