Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Bochum, Germany

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle and process customer inquiries, including analysis and coordination

• Provide support via phone and email

• Ensure compliance with agreed service quality standards

• Deliver first-level support

• Collaborate with the team to implement improvements that enhance customer satisfaction

• Proactively identify opportunities for workflow and process optimization

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues

• Continuously expand your knowledge of our dynamic European business

Your Profile:

• Effectivecommunication skills (written and spoken) inEnglish and Polish; goodGerman skills are a plus

• Strongcustomer-focused mindset

• Proven experience incustomer service; experience in thetoll industry is beneficial but not a must

• Stronganalytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, especiallyExcel

• Ability to work effectively bothonsite and remotely as a collaborative team player

• Prior experience infirst-level support or similar customer-facing roles is a plus
