Job Responsibilities

At Trafilea, AI isn’t an experiment—it’s becoming a core part of how we build, operate, and grow our consumer brands.

We’re looking for aTech Manager – AI to lead the team building production-grade AI systems that create measurable business impact.

You’ll combinetechnical leadership, architecture, and people management to take AI from business opportunity to production—building LLM agents, recommendation engines, personalization systems, and scalable AI infrastructure that directly impact millions of customer experiences.

You will:

• Architect and scaleAI systems in production (LLM agents, recommendation engines, personalization)

• Designmulti-agent workflows and AI microservices that operate at scale

• Turn business problems intoAI-driven solutions with measurable impact

• Ship AI features that directly improveconversion, retention, and customer experience

• Build and lead ahigh-performance AI team (2–5 hires per quarter)

• EstablishMLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable AI infrastructure

• 5+ years leading engineering teams in high-performance, fast-paced environments

• 3+ years building and shipping AI/ML systems in production (LLMs, recsys, personalization, or similar)

• Hands-on experience withLLMs, AI APIs, and frameworks (LangChain or similar)

• Strong experience designingscalable architectures, microservices, and AI pipelines

• Proven track record of deliveringAI solutions tied to business impact (CVR, revenue, UX)

• Experience withAWS and cloud-based AI infrastructure

• Solid understanding ofMLOps (deployment, monitoring, model lifecycle, performance)

• Experiencehiring, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams

• Strong ability to connecttechnical decisions with business outcomes

• Advanced English (global, remote team)
