Job Responsibilities

At Trafilea, growth creates complexity. Your job will be to turn that complexity intoclarity, focus, and execution.

We’re looking for aPPAEC & Business Excellence Director to act as the execution architect of the company—designing the operational framework that turns strategy into clear priorities, accountable initiatives, and measurable results.

You’ll work acrossGrowth, Tech, Operations, and Finance, partnering with senior leadership to simplify our strategic portfolio, strengthen execution discipline, improve processes, and accelerate AI and automation adoption across the organization.

• Design, evolve, and own Trafilea’soperational framework, connecting strategic planning, execution governance, portfolio management, and process excellence.

• Translate company strategy and OKRs intoclear initiatives with owners, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.

• Own visibility and governance across thestrategic initiative portfolio, prioritizing high-impact work and eliminating unnecessary complexity.

• StrengthenQuarterly Planning, aligning company priorities, team roadmaps, resources, and execution capacity.

• Build dashboards, KPIs, and governance routines that give leadershipclear visibility into execution, risks, progress, and results.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes to improvespeed, collaboration, transparency, and execution reliability.

• Lead and develop thePMO, Process, and Audit teams, building stronger execution capabilities and accountability.

• Act as a strategic execution partner to senior leadership, drivingcross-functional alignment across Growth, Tech, Finance, and Operations.

• DriveAI adoption and automation across planning, reporting, execution tracking, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, transformation, program leadership, or similar roles.

• Proven experience leadingPMO, Business Operations, Process Excellence, or transformation teams.

• Experience designing and implementingoperational frameworks, execution systems, or governance models at scale.

• Strong track record managing complex,cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.

• Experience operating infast-growing, complex, and fast-paced environments.

• Strongstrategic thinking, structured problem-solving, and analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Proven ability to simplify complexity, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and improveorganizational efficiency and execution discipline.

• Strong executive stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability.

• Experience inDTC eCommerce, consumer brands, retail, performance marketing, technology companies, or top-tier consulting with a consumer/operations focus is highly preferred.
