The Shared Business Services (SBS) Trade Support Analyst role is the core support and operational bridge for the commercial team on trade related administration and reporting to ensure every trade executed by traders is fulfilled accurately, documented and settled on time.

Scope and Key Responsibilities
Â
A. Trade Capture & Validation
- Perform accurate and timely entry of trades into internal front office systems – includes trade amendments, cancellations and corrections
- Preparation and circulation of trade confirmations
- Preparation of daily trade recaps and validation against actual trade

B. System & Data Management
- Preparation of pricing recaps and its timely dissemination to customers
- Support commercial team on inputs for Profit & Loss, and position reconciliations
- Support new product setup and customer onboarding process

C. Â Resolution Management
Â
- Cross-department / function liaison and coordination to ensure timely resolution of trade related issues (system / process) Â
- Act as the point for commercial team for trade support matters and follow through
- Support trade administrative queries
- Identify process improvement opportunities for potential implementation steps forward

Qualifications & Experience
Â
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years working experience in contract administration, trade finance documentation Â
- 1-3 years of commodity trading operations knowledge
- Exposure in global business environment is an advantage
