• Execute third-party risk assessments across the third-party lifecycle to identify, assess, monitor, manage, and support the remediation of third-party risks.
• Partner with Lines of Business and Engagement Managers to guide stakeholders through the various stages of the risk assessment lifecycle and help ensure adherence to established Third-Party Risk Management program requirements.
• Assess and validate inherent risk profiles, applying appropriate risk judgment based on the nature, scope, criticality, and risk characteristics of the third-party service.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across relevant third-party risk domains to facilitate and complete due diligence activities within defined service-level expectations.
• Evaluate the design and effectiveness of third-party controls and review supporting evidence by applying knowledge of audit, compliance, information security, resilience, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
• Review and analyze third-party assurance documentation, including SOC reports, ISO 27001 certifications, Shared Assessments SIG responses, and equivalent independent assurance reports and control evidence.
