- Greet and assist customers; provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards; refresh displays to align with seasonal themes and promotions.
- Process sales transactions accurately; reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts.
- Monitor stock levels; execute restocking and cycle counts; report discrepancies to management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
