Pay Range: $20.99 - $22.49/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers; provide product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards; refresh displays to align with seasonal themes and promotions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately; reconcile daily cash and credit card receipts.
  • Monitor stock levels; execute restocking and cycle counts; report discrepancies to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations; attention to detail in merchandising and inventory control.
