• Manage all electrical project activities during design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Lead electrical project teams and contractor resources.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of electrical systems
• Review electrical designs and specifications for compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate with utility providers, consultants, vendors, and construction teams.
• Manage engineering changes and technical issue resolution.
• Lead electrical pre-functional and functional testing activities.
• Manage integrated systems testing and commissioning programs.
• Verify system reliability, redundancy, and operational readiness.
• Support client witness testing and final acceptance processes.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Implement quality assurance and inspection programs.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain compliance with site EHS requirements.
• Act as the primary electrical interface for clients, consultants, contractors, and commissioning teams.
• Support operational readiness and transition to facility operations teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 12-15 years of electrical project management experience.
• Extensive experience managing critical power infrastructure projects
• Proven delivery of electrical construction packages 
• Experience leading FAT, SAT, commissioning, and integrated systems testing activities.
• Strong utility coordination experience with power providers.
