Tower 1 First Line

·      Knowledge of Windows 7/10

·      Possesses good knowledge of standard Microsoft software packages and Windows 7/10 platform, with expert knowledge of at least one of the supported products.

·      A good working knowledge of PC hardware and software installation

·      A working knowledge of basic data communications systems & techniques and Networking

·      Have experience in Real Time SCADA systems and applications.

·      Preferably have knowledge and experience in Oil production industry, Control and automation and Instrumentation

·      Customer focused.

·      Good Incident solving skills

·      Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English

·      Shall have good listening & interpersonal skills, both in face to face and telephone conversations.

·      Shall be able to work as a team member and be willing to transfer knowledge to other Personnel.

·      Shall be able to manage time and perform under pressure. 

·      Good Report writing skills

·      Possess a valid Omani driving license (if working in the interior, prepared to move/work at different sites)
