About The Job:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedPower BI Developer to join our team as a Technical Specialist.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, along with hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced Excel.
- The role also requires experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with various enterprise applications while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing business intelligence solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop custom applications using Power Apps to streamline business processes.
- Automate workflows and data processes using Power Automate.
- Perform advanced data analysis and modeling using Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party applications such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Optimize data models and DAX queries for performance and scalability.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and business teams.
- Stay updated with the latest features, enhancements, and best practices in Power Platform and Business Intelligence technologies.
Qualifications:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Power BI development.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, and data modeling.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of DAX, Power BI Data Modeling, and Report Optimization.
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, or related technologies.
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL Database.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience working with enterprise reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
