Tool Pusher

We are seeking an experiencedTool Pusher to oversee drilling operations and lead the rig crew. This position is responsible for ensuring drilling activities are completedsafely, efficiently, and according to company and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations.
• Lead and direct drilling crews and daily rig activities.
• Ensure operations follow company, client, and safety procedures.
• Oversee well control procedures, BOP testing, and drilling equipment.
• Coordinate rig moves and lifting activities.
• Lead safety meetings and risk assessments.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, parts, and supplies.
• Communicate with client representatives regarding operations.
• Maintain safe and organized working conditions on the rig.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 3+ years of oilfield/drilling experience required.
• 7+ years of drilling rig experience preferred.
• PreviousKelly Drive Rig experience.
• Previous drilling crewleadership/supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, BOPs, and rig safety.
• Valid driver's license preferred; CDL is a plus.
• Must be willing totravel, work overtime, and work 12-hour shifts.
• Must be able to work outdoors and at heights.
• Ability to lift up to100 lbs.
• Must pass required pre-employment screening.
