In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence customer engagement across email and in-product customer journeys, collaborate with international stakeholders, and help define the next generation of marketing automation, personalization, and AI-driven engagement capabilities. 

What You'll Do 

• Own and optimize automated email and in-product messaging (IPM) customer journeys, transactional communications, and lifecycle programs that drive engagement, retention, product adoption, and business growth. 
• Lead email and IPM experimentation, personalization, and optimization initiatives, leveraging customer insights, A/B testing, and data analysis to continuously enhance performance and customer experience. 
• Act as the Global Marketing Automation Lead for key Consumer and B2B product launches, partnering with Digital Sales and Product teams to deliver impactful customer communications. 
• Transform data into strategic decisions by analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. 
• Drive AI-powered innovation by identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability through automation and emerging technologies. 
• Collaborate across global teams, providing expert guidance on marketing automation strategy, best practices, and customer lifecycle optimization.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer journey optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business actions. 
• Experience designing and evaluating A/B testing programs. 
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies. 
• Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics. 
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills. 
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging AI to solve business challenges. 
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Basic wage component (gross): from 3000 EUR

• Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 15% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
• The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
