We are looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher who can maintain cleanliness, support kitchen operations, and assist the management team with daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and overall kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans according to health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen equipment, and surrounding workspaces
• Ensure all dishes are cleaned and returned to proper stations in a timely manner
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical usage
• Keep dish area stocked with necessary supplies (soap, sanitizer, towels, etc.)
• Support kitchen staff by maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house environment
• Follow sanitation, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and management

Requirements

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen support experience preferred, especially in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
• Strong understanding of basic sanitation and safety procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in a small or fast-paced kitchen is a plus
• Active Food Handlers Card
