Associate, Business Analyst, Institutional Banking Group Technology, Group Technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders togather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Conductstakeholder discussions to understand business processes and pain points
• Translate business requirements intofunctional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Act as abridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
• Support solution design by working closely with architects, developers, and QA teams
• Participate inAgile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, etc.)
• Create and maintain:Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaProcess maps (As-Is and To-Be)
• Assist inUAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Ensure solutions meet business needs anddeliver measurable value
• Supportchange management and release activities, including documentation and communication
• Identify opportunities forprocess improvement and optimization

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree inbusiness, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Exposure toAgile/Scrum environments
• Domain knowledge (Banking / Finance etc.) is a plus

• Strongrequirement elicitation and documentation skills
• Good understanding ofSDLC and Agile methodologies
• Ability to writeclear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
• Effectivecommunication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with tools such as:Jira / ConfluenceMS Excel, PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of:APIs, databases, and system integrations
