Title Ordering Specialist

About The Job:

• The Title Ordering Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing title orders in accordance with client-specific requirements and established vendor guidelines.
• Depending on the client’s process, the specialist will either place title orders directly or verify and confirm that the designated vendor has received and acknowledged the order from the client.
• This role requires close adherence to vendor assignment matrices, ensuring that orders are routed to the correct vendor and that all client instructions, service-level expectations, and compliance requirements are followed accurately.
• The specialist is also responsible for proactively monitoring and following up on outstanding title requests to ensure timely completion.
• In addition, the specialist must conduct research within internal systems such as LPS to determine whether title work has already been completed or provided.
• This includes identifying situations where a title update is required rather than initiating a new title order, helping to avoid duplicate requests and improve process efficiency.
• The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow complex instructions, and a commitment to accuracy.
• The candidate shall ensure that all title-related activities are completed in accordance with client expectations while maintaining high quality and service standards.
