About The Job:
- We are seeking a Title Operations Specialist to join our Title team.
- The role involves managing title-related work for different property stages - purchase, sale, and foreclosure.
- The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can coordinate across multiple workflows, review title documents for accuracy, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Review title reports thoroughly for accuracy and completeness. Identify any discrepancies and coordinate with searchers for necessary corrections before final submission.
- Manage multiple sub-processes efficiently, maintaining accuracy and meeting established timelines across different workflow stages.
- Monitor and respond to multipleshared mailboxes, ensuring timely action and coordination with stakeholders.
- Well versed with Order Entry on foreclosure, REO and acquisition and CC&R Review
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 2–3 years of experience in title, mortgage, or property-related operations preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ResWare and Black Knight will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and quickly adapt to new processes
