We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently,wehave aTitle Closer opportunity with a Title Company in Miami, FL to support their year end high volume Builder Closing files.

TheTitleCloserisresponsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Ability to review the file to ensure all requirements are met for Closing and schedule closings.
  • Prepare the final Closing package, balance, and prepare the final Closing Disclosure.
  • Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, ie. Buyers, Real Estate Agents, Builders, and Lenders.
  • No Closing at the table required.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Must be Bilingual/Spanish.
  • 3+ years of experience.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Hands-on experience withSoftPro closing software.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and balance Real Estate Title Closing Disclosures accurately.
Pay Rate Range: $26 - $30 Per Hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
