Java Fullstack Developer

This resource will lead the technical investigation and implement end-to-end application traceability.

• Deep Java application performance engineering experience

• Strong WebSphere and WebLogic diagnostic skills

• JVM profiling, garbage collection analysis, heap dumps and thread dumps

• Application-level structured logging and correlation ID implementation

• Distributed tracing across applications, APIs and downstream dependencies

• Hands-on experience with Datadog, New Relic, or similar APM tools

• Oracle performance diagnostics, including SQL execution plans, AWR and ASH

• JDBC connection pools, application thread pools and session management

• API latency, timeout, retry and dependency failure analysis

• Browser-to-backend transaction tracing

• Real User Monitoring and frontend error analysis

• Network, proxy, load balancer and TLS troubleshooting

• Experience tracing transactions across legacy or partially instrumented platforms
