TikTok Shop Manager - Gorilla Mind

We're looking for aTikTok Shop Managerto own and scale our TikTok Shop ecosystem. This person will be responsible for growing our TikTok Shop presence through affiliate recruitment, creator partnerships, organic content, TikTok LIVE, and community engagement. The ideal candidate understands both content and commerce and has a proven track record of growing revenue through TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

TikTok Shop Operations

• Own and optimize the TikTok Shop storefront, product listings, promotions, vouchers, bundles and inventory alignment with Ecommerce
• Monitor daily Shop performance and troubleshoot issues that affect conversion or fulfillment 
• Plan and run LIVE shopping events daily
• • Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the Gorilla Mind brand.
  • Partner with creators and internal teams to maximize LIVE performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

Content Strategy

• Own the TikTok content calendar and creative direction across organic, Shop and affiliate driven content
• Stay ahead of trends, formats and platform changes and translate them into the Gorilla Mind voice
• Partner with our Athlete/Ambassador team to keep a consistent content pipeline

Affiliate & Creator Management

• Own the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program from end to end.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing creators.
• Develop scalable outreach, onboarding, and communication processes.
• Manage the affiliate Discord community and maintain ongoing creator engagement.
• Provide affiliates with product education, content ideas, talking points, and creative assets to maximize performance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to expand and improve the affiliate program.
• Stay on top of platform trends, testing new content formats, hooks, and creative concepts.

Reporting & Optimization

• Track and report on GMV, conversion rate, AOV, and content to sale performance
• Monitor TikTok Shop, affiliate, and organic performance metrics.
• Track creator performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Report on KPIs, revenue growth, affiliate activity, and content performance.
• Use data to quickly test, iterate, and improve overall TikTok performance.

Qualifications

• Located in the United States (remote).
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing creator affiliates.
• Experience growing TikTok Shop revenue, affiliate programs, or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, TikTok Shop, and TikTok LIVE.
• Comfortable creating content and appearing on camera.
• Experience using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Sprout Social, or similar content creation tools.
• Experience in the fitness, supplement, health, or wellness industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation

Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience

Commission: 1% of TikTok LIVE sales
