TikTok Live - Regional Finance Business Partner

As a Finance Business Partner at TikTok and a key member of the Global Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving TikTok’s continued growth and success. Based in our Singapore office, you will support the TikTok team while aligning with global finance strategies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to regional needs. Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum of financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and process optimization. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with other Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams worldwide, contributing to informed decision-making and sustainable business growth.

This individual contributor role requires working onsite five days a week and is a key position within the global Finance Business Partner team, offering great opportunities for professional growth and learning in a dynamic environment.

• Build trusted and professional partnerships with business stakeholders. Track and understand business strategic plans, develop and manage financial budgets, perform rolling forecasts of key financial metrics, monitor budget-to-actual variances, and deliver timely and dynamic financial insights to business teams.
• Review and approve incentives, campaigns and other business initiatives. For new business requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams to develop financial solutions or process guidelines, identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
• Continuously improve the data foundation for financial monitoring and analysis. Drive data infrastructure and process optimization, identify opportunities to automate financial management and enhance business-finance collaboration efficiency.
• Gain deep understanding of business logic and the linkage between key business metrics and financial KPIs. Identify and summarize core business drivers behind financial performance, and develop periodic financial analysis frameworks as well as flag financial risk items.

Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Finance Business Partner work experience. Hands-on experience in Finance BP or financial analysis is mandatory.
• Strong sense of accountability, excellent business acumen, high self-motivation and a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in data analysis, particularly ROI-related analysis and financial modeling.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-team and fast-changing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualification(s)

• Proficiency in SQL/Power BI and AI models is highly preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, international organizations or global companies, particularly within the internet, media, or TMT industries, is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in professional data analytics tools and AI tools are preferred.
