Tier-3 MAC Support

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to provide advanced support for our MAC servers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and troubleshooting MAC environments, with a particular focus on Workspace One, JAMF, or Intune. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Workspace One, JAMF, or Intune
• Strong understanding of MAC server architecture and support
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior work experience in the client’s industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with other mobile device management (MDM) solutions
• Familiarity with network security protocols
• Certifications in relevant technologies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide tier-3 support and troubleshooting for MAC servers
• Collaborate with IT teams to optimize server performance
• Develop and implement best practices for server management
