We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: As a Senior AssociatePMO/Project CoordinatoratPwC, you willbe responsible for leading technical projects, ensuringtimely delivery whilemaintaining high-quality standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders tofacilitate the successful implementation of technology strategies in alignment with PwC’s commitment to innovation. Yourexpertise will contribute to enhancing PwC’s service offerings in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Leadthe project governance and PMO responsibilities fortechnical projects, following agile and traditional project management methodologies.Drive project support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to gather requirements, understand project goals, and ensure alignment with strategicobjectives.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, helping to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintainaccurate project documentation and provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to PwC’s quality standards and frameworks throughout the project lifecycle, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.

Agile and Lean practices

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering).
At least 3years of experience in project management/PMO within the technology sector, with a proventrack record of delivering successful projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfalletc.) and tools (MS Planner, MS Project, Jira etc.).
Strong technical background with an understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset withdemonstrated analytical skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
