We are excited to be openingNorth Star Day Nursery in Welwyn and are looking for a passionate and motivatedThird in Charge to join our new nursery team.

As Third in Charge, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager and wider management team to help lead and support the nursery, ensuring children receive the highest quality care and learning experiences.

You will be a positive role model for the team, supporting practitioners in their roles, helping to maintain high standards and building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join abrand-new nursery and play an important part in helping to establish a happy, nurturing and inspiring environment from the very beginning.

About You

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and supportive approach to leading others
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and creating a safe, welcoming environment
