Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and compassionateIn-Community (IIC) Therapists to join our team. This role iscommunity- and home-based, providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families in their natural environments.

Ideal candidates:

• Enjoy working with diverse populations
• Have experience with trauma-informed care
• Comfortable providing crisis intervention and treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related mental health concerns

This position offers along-term pathway into private practice and additional opportunities for income through assessments, trainings, and workshops.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Complete client assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and notes
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Provide therapy in community and home settings
• Participate in team meetings and training as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Active NJ license: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and ability to conduct therapy and assessments
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
• Commitment to ethical practice and quality client care
• Willingness to undergo required background checks
